REGAL ART PRESS, INC. has been in business since 1948.
Originally, Regal Art Press was located in a garage at 53 High
Street in St. Albans and owned by Charles Cummings. He later
sold the company to Edward Handly, who relocated it from High
Street to Federal Street in the sixties. This original site is where
the Old Foundry Restaurant is now and the location was the
outdoor courtyard where the tents are used in the summer. A
fire destroyed the actual building but this was long after Regal
Art Press had moved.
In 1971, Regal Art Press made another move to 134 Fairfax Road around the corner from the NMC Hospital, and just
off I-89 at Exit 19 in St. Albans
In 1976, upon the retirement of Mr. Handly, Regal Art Press was sold to Malcolm and Susan Baker, the present owners.
They have now owned it for more than 40 years.
In 2017, Malcolm and Sue built a shop at their home in Georgia and started working from that location in January 2017.
Regal Art Press marked its 70th anniversary in 2018 and is very proud to make such an achievement, having weathered
several economic downturns. Malcolm "Chuck" and Sue Baker have seen many changes over the many years that
they have owned Regal Art Press. The changes in the printing industry have been dramatic. Currently, we now focus
on digital printing with two digital presses. Our focus has always been on quality products and great customer service.

flags that are made here in the U.S.
We moved the flag shop to Georgia in 2017 as well and downsized it considerably. We no longer have the retail area,
but we still have or can get almost everything patriotic that we did before. Just call and usually we can deliver if in the
